The DECÁDELÁ Skintint Developer is an essential when tinting the eyebrows with our DECADELA Skintint.
The liquid formula perfectly balances out the powder formula of the Skintint, creating a smooth mixture ideal for tinting the eyebrows.
Please note, for the Skintint to activate you will have to mix a pea sized amount of Skintint powder with 3 drops of developer, mix the products until smooth and slightly runny.
Let the Skintint set for 1 to 7 minutes after application depending on your desired intensity.
